Registration

Deadline for registration has been set to December 1, 2024. Submitted abstracts will only be considered for inclusion in the scientific program if their presenter is registered to the conference.  Registration link will be provided soon.

Participants wishing to attend the National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group meeting will also need to register for the Southern Regional ASHS meeting. There will be an additional registration cost and a registration link will be provided shortly.

Registration fee for the National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group Meeting: 

Faculty and Industry member: $200

Graduate student:  $100

The registration fee covers membership fees for one year, attendance to the meeting, and some of the refreshments and meals at the meeting.

Registration does not cover lodging.

If attendance to the event is cancelled, registration fees are non-refundable.

Please contact our leadership if you require a letter of invitation from the organizing committee for attendance.
