Deadline to register for the 2026 National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group meeting is December 19, 2025. Submitted abstracts will only be considered for inclusion in the scientific program if their presenter is registered to the conference.  Please use the link below to register for the upcoming meeting.  Sponsors, please use the second sponsor registration link.

Registration fees for the National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group Meeting: 

Faculty and Industry member: $250

Graduate student:  $150

The registration fee covers membership fees for one year, attendance to the meeting, and some of the refreshments and meals at the meeting.

Registration does not cover lodging.

If attendance to the event is cancelled, registration fees are non-refundable.

Please contact our leadership if you require a letter of invitation from the organizing committee for attendance.
