Titles and Abstracts

Title and abstract submission will open on October 14, 2021, with title submission deadline on November 17, 2021 to be considered for an oral presentation.  Abstract submission deadline is January 3, 2022.  Abstract submissions received after this deadline will be considered for oral presentation if slots are still available, if not they will be considered for poster presentation. The last day that abstracts will be considered for poster presentation will be January 3, 2022.

Presenters must register for their abstract to be accepted for either oral or poster presentations. Titles submitted for oral or poster presentations by November 17, 2021 will be notified of acceptance for oral or poster presentation by the week of November 29.

Presenters who are graduate students will be considered for an oral or poster presentation competition.

Please download and use the example abstract for formatting purposes and for uploading your abstract prior to abstract submission.

The uploaded abstract will be used to generate a program. Please name the file accordingly: presenting author surname_first name.docx (e.g. doe_jane.docx). If you submit multiple abstracts, add an abstract number indicating priority (e.g. doe_jane1.docx, doe_jane2.docx).
