Titles and Abstracts
Title and abstract submission will open on October 8, 2025, with title submission deadline on November 17, 2025 to be considered for an oral presentation. Abstract submission deadline is December 19, 2025. Abstract submissions received after this deadline will be considered for oral presentation if slots are still available, if not they will be considered for poster presentation. The last day that abstracts will be considered for poster presentation will be January 3, 2026.
Presenters must register for their abstract to be accepted for either oral presentations or posters. Titles submitted for oral or poster presentations by November 17, 2025 will be notified of acceptance for oral presentation by the week of December 1, 2025.
Presenters who are graduate students will be considered for an oral presentation competition.
