Program

The 2026 National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group Annual Meeting will take place January 16-17, 2026, prior to the 64th National Convention of the U.S. Sweet Potato Council in Fort Worth, TX at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.

Oral presentations should be prepared in power point using a Widescreen (16:9) slide size. Speakers should come to the room at 7:30 am on the day of the presentation to upload updated slides if needed.

For Poster presentations, posters should not be larger than 42 x 42 inch to fit on the boards we will have available to set them up. Posters should be set up on Thursday, January 16 prior to the start of the meeting.
